Rapha Account Terms & Conditions
Introduction: Welcome to Rapha Account. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in Rapha Account and are provided by Rapha Racing Limited, registered in England with company number 04849594, whose registered office is at Rapha Works, 4 Elthorne Road, London, England, N19 4AG ("Rapha," "we," or "us"). By creating a Rapha Account, you agree to these Terms. You should also read our website terms of use and privacy policy, which apply to your use of rapha.cc and our services. Please read these Terms carefully.
Eligibility: To participate in Rapha Account, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Australia. By creating an account and participating, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement. For a summary of how to join, available benefits and how to access them, please visit rapha.cc/account.
How to Join: If you meet the eligibility criteria above, you can join by completing a registration form on rapha.cc, through the Rapha app, or at any Rapha Clubhouse in Australia. You'll need to provide your name, email address, date of birth and create a password.
Account Security: Your account and login details are for your personal use only. You must not share your account identification or password with anyone or make them accessible to others. You must immediately inform Rapha Customer Service if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your password or account. You are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account.
Account Benefits: As a Rapha Account holder, you'll receive access to the following benefits: Free warranty on all Rapha products purchased through your account. Crash replacement programme on qualifying Rapha products. Invitations to Rapha rides and events based on location and availability. Access to Clubhouse services including one complimentary beverage on your first visit, with additional complimentary beverages at Clubhouse discretion. Priority booking for store appointments. Free returns within 14 days on all purchases made through your account. Exclusive offers and early access to new products. Members only products and limited editions. Specific benefits may be subject to additional terms and conditions which will be provided to you when you access or redeem them. Benefits are available while supplies last and may be subject to change, discontinuance, limitations and substitutions by us, at our discretion and at any time without notice, though we'll aim to give you reasonable warning of significant changes.
The Rapha Warranty: The Rapha warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from crashes or cycling incidents, improper care, alterations or modifications. To make a warranty claim, contact Rapha Customer Service with your proof of purchase. We'll assess the claim and, at our discretion, repair or replace the item. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Crash Replacement Programme: If your Rapha products are damaged in a cycling incident, you may be eligible for a discounted replacement. You'll need to provide evidence of the damage and details of the incident. Rapha reserves the right to verify claims and determine eligibility. Full details of the programme, including eligible products and discount levels, are available from Customer Service and may vary depending on the product and circumstances.
Rides, Events and Experiences: Rapha Account holders receive invitations to Rapha rides, events and experiences based on your location and availability. Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis unless otherwise stated. You must follow all safety guidelines and event requirements for any activity you attend. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants who don't comply with safety requirements or behave inappropriately.
Clubhouse Access: Your Rapha Account gives you access to services at any Rapha Clubhouse. On your first visit, you'll receive one complimentary beverage. Additional complimentary beverages are at the discretion of individual Clubhouse staff and may vary by location and circumstances. You must respect Clubhouse guidelines, staff and other customers. We may limit or withdraw Clubhouse access if you breach these Terms or the Clubhouse policies.
Your Responsibilities: You agree to: Provide accurate and current information when registering and keep your account details up to date. Use your account only for personal, non commercial purposes. Not abuse, misuse or exploit any benefits, services or rewards. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Treat Rapha staff, other account holders and Clubhouse visitors with respect.
Purchases, Returns and Exchanges: When you make purchases through your Rapha Account, our standard terms and conditions of sale apply. You'll benefit from free returns on all orders placed through your account within 14 days of delivery. If you return purchased items, any benefits or rewards earned from those items may be adjusted or removed from your account.
Privacy and Your Information: We'll use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Details of the information we collect and how we use it for Rapha Account administration are set out in the Privacy Policy. As part of your account, we'll send you personalised communications about Rapha products, rides, events and services based on your account activity and engagement with Rapha. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by updating your preferences in your account settings. This may include: your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, account creation date, store ID (if you signed up in a Clubhouse), account benefits accessed, engagement history, rewards history and vouchers assigned to you.
Cancelling Your Account: You may cancel your Rapha Account at any time by logging in to your account on the website or app, or by contacting Customer Service. You have the right to withdraw from your account at any time without penalty. We may cancel your account at any time, at our sole discretion, if we determine that you: Are ineligible in accordance with Clause 2 above. Have violated any of these Terms, our website terms and conditions, any applicable product terms of sale or any applicable law or regulation. Have engaged in any deception, forgery, fraud or committed any other abuse of Rapha Account. Have behaved inappropriately towards staff or other customers. If you or we cancel your account, you will lose access to all accumulated benefits.
Changes to These Terms: We may make changes to Rapha Account and these Terms from time to time (for example, if there is a change in the law that means we need to change these Terms, we add new benefits, modify account functionalities or modify the technical environment). For any significant changes to these Terms that will materially affect you, or if we choose to discontinue Rapha Account, we'll provide you with reasonable written notice of at least one month. Minor changes don't require notice, but we'll update the "Last updated" date at the bottom of these Terms. Continued use of your account after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Limitation of Liability: Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Rapha Account benefits. Our total liability for any claims related to your account is limited to AUD $150.
General Legal Terms: If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later. These Terms are between you and Rapha Racing Limited and don't create rights for anyone else. They are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
