The Rapha and EF partnership has always been about shaking up the sport and bringing some much needed colour and character into the peloton. And this season, it’s all about performance with character.

The team’s exciting new roster includes a few fresh faces as well as familiar ones, maintaining an all-important mixture of both experience and emerging talent.

Founded by highly decorated pro cyclist Linda Jackson, the team’s ethos has always been about development. With a strong focus on emerging talent, the team strives to help women reach their goals in a healthy and supportive environment.

Women racing full time for EF Education-TIBCO-SVB are paid the men’s WorldTour minimum salary; an important move in the push to professionalise women’s cycling.

Veronica Ewers

Following her top ten finish on GC at the Tour de France, and fifth on GC at the Tour de Romandie, Veronica will be looking to carry the momentum she built into the new season.

Krista also returns to the squad after previously riding for them, bringing a mountain of climbing experience with her.

Lizzy Banks

After injury forced her to spend much of last season on the sidelines, Lizzy is keen to get back to full on training and racing in 2023.

Zoe Backstedt

After joining the team late last season, Zoe has certainly made her mark. Junior Time Trial, Road Race, Madison and Cyclocross World Champion, she’s the first rider in the history of the sport to hold all four titles simultaneously. We can't wait to see what she can do at the elite level in ‘23.

Emma Langley

The reigning US National Champion is back for her third season with the team, ready to represent the stars and stripes both at home and in Europe.

Former maths teacher turned professional cyclist, Lauren has been with the team every year bar one, since 2013. Two-time winner of the 100-mile distance at Unbound Gravel, will she make it a triple this year?

A true staple of the Women’s road calendar, the Giro Donne presents another exciting opportunity for intense stage racing. And it wouldn’t be the same if we didn't make a statement… Keep your eyes peeled.

TOUR DE FRANCE ‘FEMMES’

Following the return of the Women’s Tour last year, the second edition of the race consists of 8 stages with the ultimate test coming on stage 7, where they finish atop the mighty Tourmalet.
