We’re on a mission to make cycling the most important sport in the world – by transforming the lives of millions.That mission extends beyond the road. We recognise that how we operate leaves an impact, and we’re committed to making that impact a positive one. From how we support people, to how we protect the planet, to how we design our products, responsibility is built into every decision we make.
In the past year, that commitment translated into meaningful progress. For the first time, we used more recycled polyester than virgin polyester across our products. We closed the gender pay gap in our business. We powered more than half of our global Clubhouses with renewable energy. And we launched our first trade-in programme to extend the life of the kit we make. Each of these steps brings us closer to a future where performance and responsibility go hand-in-hand.
We also know there’s still a long way to go. We’ve spent the past 12 months reflecting on what responsible business means to us, and the result is several new commitments that highlight where we want to drive more progress. By being transparent about our approach, we hope to drive change not just within our business, but across the cycling industry as a whole.
