RCC Insurance: Ride with Peace of Mind

Insurance is back for 2026, RCC membership now includes exclusive Rapha rider coverage and event-specific bike protection.

Whether you are commuting to work or joining an RCC Summit, your RCC membership means you are covered for the common incidents that can occur on any ride. Our 2026 insurance offering has been redesigned to provide more protection and more flexibility, so you can focus on your chosen challenge.

What this means for members

PROTECTION – Increased limits on helmets, phones and gadgets.

CLEAR – A direct relationship with the insurer.

EVENTS – A new dedicated policy for bikes on RCC rides.

What's Included

Worldwide Personal Accident Cover: Protection for you, covering fractures, dislocations, and emergency dental work whenever you ride.

Accessory & Gadget Protection: Coverage for your helmet, GPS units, phone and cycling luggage.

Event-Only Bike Coverage: Exclusive protection for your frame and componentry against damage during organised Rapha events.

Travel Reimbursement: If you have an accident or an irreparable breakdown more than 10 miles from home, we will cover your taxi fare.

The Coverage Breakdown

Insurance covers: Your own injuries and medical costs, damage to your own equipment, and your own bike (during organised events).

Insurance does not cover: Public liability (injuring others or their property), theft of unattended bikes, or professional racing.

This is a unique benefit bespoke to our Club that is not readily available to purchase from standard providers on the market. As an RCC member, this coverage is automatically included in your annual membership and covers accidents and damage occurring from 31st December 2025 to 30th December 2026. *Terms & Conditions apply.
