Rapha Prestige Seoul
ADVENTURE. TEAMWORK. RESILIENCE.
This year, more than 20 Rapha Prestige rides will take place around the world. Unsupported and unmarshalled adventures across stunning terrain, the Rapha Prestige series calls for teams of riders to work together and more importantly, stay together over challenging courses.
Applications Closed
Applications are now closed. Rapha will contact successful teams on or after Friday, 1st June with a payment link.
The Route
Prepare for approximately 130 kilometres of hilly terrain. Expect to be on the bike for 6-7 hours as we explore the cityscape of Seoul, from its famous landmarks to its quieter, hidden neighbourhoods. There will be checkpoint locations and a supplied route, which will be revealed only to confirmed participants 48 hours before the ride.
Rules
The Prestige is a completely unsupported ride. You are responsible for navigation and keeping yourself and your team going. Minimum kit should include two tubes, multi-tool, pump, patch kit, and a masterlink. We highly recommend spare kit and nutrition. A paper cue sheet will be supplied as well as a .gpx file, however the supplied route is not necessarily the most direct way to each checkpoint - teams are encouraged to plot their own routes.
Teams
There will be space for up to 30 teams of four, with a number of spaces guaranteed for Rapha Cycling Club teams.
Entry Cost
Entries cost KRW 100,000 per team. Each rider receives a complementary cap and musette with an exclusive design unique to Prestige you’ve ridden. At the start we provide last minute nutrition, water and coffee. At the finish we’ll have hot food and extra drinks for every rider, and we hope you can stay with us to share stories as the sun sets. Once your application has been accepted, Rapha will be in touch to collect the entry fee. Rapha will supply a payment link to confirmed teams on or after Friday, 1st June.
