Did you know that if you are in the UK, you have an annual Cyclescheme allowance if your employer is enrolled on the scheme? You can spend your Cyclescheme certificate on clothing and accessories at Rapha.cc and in our UK Clubhouses. And you can request a new certificate every year.
WHAT IS CYCLESCHEME?
Cyclescheme enables employees to get a bike and accessories tax-free, saving at least 25% and up to 39% off the retail price. Employers benefit too, enjoying National Insurance savings of up to 13.8%.
HOW IT WORKS
FOR EMPLOYEES
Save at least 25% and up to 39% off the retail price.
Choose your Cyclescheme package. The accessory package is ideal if you’ve already got a bike, allowing you to use your voucher on Rapha clothing and accessories
Submit your application via the Cyclescheme website. This will be sent to your employer. If they’re not already registered with the scheme you can invite them to join here
Pick up your new clothes and accessories. You will be sent your Cyclescheme Certificate to exchange for your chosen items. With Rapha you can do that either online or in one of our Clubhouses in Manchester and London. WHAT CAN YOU BUY?
Your Cyclescheme voucher can be used across rapha.cc to save at least 25% and up to 39% off the retail price off items you would need for cycling. This excludes gifts, books and Rapha Travel packages.
RETURNS, REPAIRS AND EXCHANGES
Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to cancel your order, it must be returned in its entirety within 30 days of receipt. Please contact your employer’s Cyclescheme administrator who can begin this process for you.All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed and unworn.Once your employer has approved your return you can then return your order following our returns procedure, as detailed on our returns page here.
Exchanges
If you would like to make an exchange on your purchase please follow the steps in the section ‘How to make a return’ here. Exchanges can be made on a like-for-like basis, this means a different size or colour of the same product.If you find an item unsuitable it can be returned to us for an exchange
Faulty Goods
Rapha is committed to product excellence and stands behind the quality of the products it produces, although, from time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us.
Repairs
Rapha offers a free repair service where a crash or accident has damaged a garment or a failure has occurred even after significant usage. For further details on our repair service please click here.
Although the above procedures apply to the majority of employers schemes there are some variations which are a result of the way an employer’s scheme is set up, typical examples would be if they are using a finance company or a benefits provider.
