RAPHA CYCLING CLUB EARLY ACCESS
All Rapha Cycling Club members will be given early access to the launch and emailed to be notified about it on Tuesday 8 October. One of our key RCC benefits is that our members get early access to our most sought after products and releases.
Emails will be sent out to all members in APAC, UK and EU at 10AM BST, and then to all members in the US at 3PM BST.
If you are an RCC member, you do not need to fill in the ballot, as you will automatically receive an access email on the day. However, we cannot guarantee that stock will be available to shop once you access the site. We will be restocking for general access on Wednesday 9 October, so if you want two opportunities for access, we recommend signing up to the ballot for a chance to receive an access email.
You will need to log into your RCC account on the site to be able to access the collection during the RCC Early Access period. We recommend logging in ahead of receiving your access email for the smoothest purchasing experience.
Your membership will need to be valid from 23.59BST on Monday 7 October in order to receive an email. If you activate your membership after this point, you will not automatically receive an access email.
Availability will be one unit of each style per customer to again ensure maximum fairness of access.
GENERAL ACCESS
In order to be in with a chance of accessing the Rapha + Palace collection, you must sign up to our ballot, linked below.
You will need to have an account on the Rapha website and be logged in to be able to shop the collection. We recommend logging in ahead of receiving your access email for the smoothest purchasing experience.
Signing up to the ballot does not guarantee that you will receive an access email. If you receive an access email, this will give you access to shop the collection.
We cannot guarantee availability of product after launch, but are limiting purchase to one unit of each style per customer to ensure maximum fairness of access.
Our sign up form will close at 23.59PM BST on Tuesday 8 October, so if you sign up after this point, you will not be in with a chance of receiving an access email.
On Wednesday 9, we will randomly email customers who have signed up to the ballot to ensure maximum fairness of access.
The first emails will begin sending at 10AM BST for customers in APAC, UK and EU, and then at 3PM BST for customers in the US.
Discount and promotional codes are not valid on any items within the collection, and bundle offers are also not valid on the collection.
Orders on the site are subject to stock availability. Items added to your basket on the site are not reserved and are available for sale to other customers browsing the online store at the same time. Once an order is placed and payment authorised, stock will be reserved for your purchase. Stock availability is only confirmed once orders are picked. In the rare event that some items are unavailable for an order we will refund the full value of any unavailable items.
