FESTIVE 500 STRAVA COMPLETION

Discount codes will be rewarded to riders who completed the Rapha Festive 500 on Strava. In order to receive a code, riders will be required to enter their email address into the completion form triggered via the Strava challenge completion pop-up. This form will close on 13 January 2025 and will also be accessible via the Rapha website. Codes will be sent out via email by 20 January 2025. Discount is redeemable against online purchases at rapha.cc or in Rapha clubhouses. Code is valid for one transaction only, it cannot be used in conjunction with other codes and the offer cannot be applied retrospectively. Discount applies to selected full-price items and cannot be applied to bundles, items in the sale, events, seasonal promotions, limited editions, RCC membership or gift vouchers. Code valid until 31 March, 2025.

SPIRIT OF THE FESTIVE 500 AWARDS

The competition is open to everyone, except employees of Rapha Racing Limited and their immediate family. Competition opens on 24/12/24 at 00:01 (GMT) and closes on 13/01/25 at 23:59 (GMT). After this date, Spirit of the Festive 500 competition entries will not be accepted. However, Rapha Racing Limited withholds the right to extend the competition period if fewer than 500 entries have been submitted. 

General

These terms and conditions apply to Rapha online competitions. By participating in the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The competition is organised by Rapha Racing Limited.

Qualifying Participants

The competition is open to everyone, except employees of Rapha Racing Limited and their immediate family. Entrants are required to fill in their name and email address. By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and that the decision of Rapha Racing Limited is final and binding in all matters relating to this competition. Results may be used for publicity purposes.

Prizes

The prize for this competition will be a riding essentials bundle from Rapha and our partners. This pack will equip you with everything you need to keep riding into the new season, in celebration of your effort over the Festive 500.

Images of any prizes on rapha.cc/story/festive500 aren’t contractual. The entries for any of the prizes mentioned above will close 13 January 2025 at 23:59 (GMT). The winners will be selected in January by Rapha after review of the entries. The winners will be announced during the week commencing 20 January 2025. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Prizes are subject to availability and confirmation. Prizes might not be as shown. Rapha retains the right to change the specifications of the prize but will match with something of equal or near-to equal value. 

Rapha Racing Limited reserves the right to substitute a prize or any part of it of equal or greater value, if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. If no winner has claimed within one week from the closing date, after reasonable effort has been made by Rapha Racing Limited to notify the chosen winner, the prize may be forfeited. Rapha Racing Limited reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this prize draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable. Unfortunately, we are unable to send back physical prize entries. To request the winners name/s for the competition, send a letter to Rapha Racing Limited, Rapha Works, 4 Elthorne Road, London, N19 4AG, United Kingdom. Limitations Rapha Racing Limited are the arbiters of the competition and reserve the right to alter, suspend, amend or foreclose the competition at any time without prior written notice and without any liability to any qualifying participant. Rapha Racing Limited will not be responsible for any delays, operational problems, inaccuracies or other acts of default.

Rapha Racing Limited accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this competition or by the entrant’s acceptance of the prize, or any damage to any entrant’s or other person’s computer or mobile phone equipment as a consequence of downloading any material relating to this Competition. Nothing shall exclude Rapha Racing Limited’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence. Employees of Rapha Racing Limited and their immediate family are not eligible for the prize.

Privacy Policy

The collection and storage of personal information submitted to Rapha Racing Limited is governed by the UK Data Protection Act (2003). This means your details will not be divulged to third parties and we will not send you promotional information, by email or post, unless you agree to it. Under the Data Protection Act, you retain the right to access and modify any data about you held by Rapha Racing Limited. When you register your name or email address you agree to be governed by Rapha Racing Limited’s terms and conditions.

SIGN UP FOR A CHANCE TO WIN A RAPHA GIFT VOUCHER

Visitors may be offered the means to enter via the Rapha website. Entering your email address (and mobile phone number in the United States), and confirming your subscription(s) will confirm your entry.

Rapha will draw one (1) winner from all new global email signups received during the months where this promotion is advertised, who are still opted in at the point of the drawing. The odds of winning will vary depending on the number of signups and active new subscribers in the month. Visitors who have previously opted out from Rapha’s marketing communications are eligible for this promotion for their first re-opt-in only.

Prize: one (1) Rapha eGift voucher to the value of $1000 USD / £1000 GBP / €1000 or equivalent local value of Rapha’s determination. The voucher is redeemable on Rapha.cc only, with a standard gift voucher expiry of 2 calendar years from the point of generation. The voucher can be redeemed in multiple transactions.
