See all eventsA historic crossroads between east and west for centuries, Singapore’s heritage is well reflected in the diverse and ever dynamic cycling community that can be found throughout the Garden City.
Nestled in Tanjong Pagar, a neighbourhood which reflects Singapore’s youthful buzz and yesteryear charm, The Rapha Clubhouse is situated at the axis of popular riding routes. Whether you’re taking on the Southern Ridges for some hill climb training, or completing a Round The Island (RTI) ride with your mates, The Rapha Clubhouse is the perfect hub for lovers of the sport and a place where cyclists will always feel welcome. It also hosts regular events and rides for the local cycling community, all while being home to one of the most active RCC chapters.
In 1299, Prince Sang Nila Utama of Palembang landed on an island south of Malaysia and saw what he thought was a lion. He named the island Singa Pura, which roughly translates as Lion City, thus beginning Singapore’s long relationship with the animal as a cultural symbol and a mark of national identity. What other image could we have used to represent the Singapore chapter of the Rapha Cycling Club (RCC)?
